The Come Trovo Lavoro Regolare ETS Association offers a variety of FREE services to support both workers and employers. Our goal is to create a strong bridge between job seekers and those offering opportunities, promoting inclusion, regularity, and mutual respect.

To achieve this, we provide FREE assistance to future REGULAR WORKERS for:

• Preparation or improvement of their Curriculum Vitae
• Finding REGULAR employment with SERIOUS and HONEST employers
• First-level psychological listening services
• Psychological work training (from the worker’s perspective)
• Free professional work training courses and language courses (Italian, English)
• Verification and obtaining legal documents and certificates related to employment (professional profile at the Employment Center, disability and 104 certificates, unemployment certificates, certificates from the Anti-Violence Center, political asylum applications, refugee status certifications, residence permits)

For EMPLOYERS seriously interested in hiring REGULARLY, as well as those who sign our agreement, we offer FREE:

• General and specific work consultancy for the REGULAR hiring of our deserving candidates
• Guidance and support for obtaining hiring incentives for REGULAR employment
• Psychological work training (from the employer’s perspective)
